I answered this number and the caller said that she was from talktalk and needed to talk to the account holder. Then said " Is she in" at no time did they ask for me by name. Surely they should know that? So I put the phone straight down. Will see if they ll phone again.

John Jones from Nationwide Accident Group - had an accident last week and have been plagued by phone calls, some genuine, a lot not. This was another non-genuine one. Told him wasn't interested, said he wasn't trying to sell me anything so thinking it may be genuine I asked what was it about, he had his details wrong regarding the accident so knew it was spam.
