If you don t the phone will keep ringing. I have a truecall unit (from www truecall. co uk) so these harrassers simply get a messsage not to call again. This was an interesting one as this and another call came in to my mobile phone today, neither of the calls RANG so I had no idea they'd even come in TO be able to answer them.
