TAXES / HMRC . The mesage said that tehre is a letter that has been returned back to HMRC and that there will be legal actions against me. Then to press 1 to speak to operator. Nothing happened, when trying to call back there is a busy tone.

A very well spoken man said he was calling from some company (I didn't catch the name) to do with my Scottish Widows life insurance. Tried to convince me that they were from Sky and that my Internet speed wasn't appropriate. Then told me to download and app which gives them remote access to me phone. When I refused they told me I needed to pay them for the service they have just given me. Nice try!
