they sent me an email claiming i will be charged £375 for Norton antivirues renewal. I called them they said they will need to take me through the process of cancellation which involved me being on the computer to fill in the cancellation form. However when I started the process I immediately suspected it was scam and called them out for being scammer. they called me twice no caller id claiming to know the last four digits of my card, part of my address (which was wrong) and saying i made a transaction on the weekend which i did not, they sent me a code and it said to add my card to their apple pay, so obviously they were trying to take my credit card details and commit fraud on my account, they kept saying im verified my identity they then went silent when i said ill call my bank, called bank and they said yep my account is secure and that was a phising.

Caller stated they were from virgin media and there was corruption on my router, they stated they would disconnect my internet due to the corruption if i didnt let them help me fix it. I have since called virgin media who confirms they have not called me

Saying that was from Virgin Media, asking to access my computer because my landline was corrupted. It was the 4th call today, different numbers but same story and each time they hang up when I told them I am recording the conversations. I had this type of phone call before and I checked with virgin media and they said is fraud, do not give any information because they do not contact customers with such matter.
