Called again two days later and asked if they were speaking to the lady of the house . When I said no he wanted to ask questions anyway. I told im we don t answer questions or do surveys. Came home to an automated message on my answerphone claiming I had failed to pay a court order and bailiffs were on their way. No name and when I called the company they said they had no record of the account no they had left in the message and no record of my phone no. The message was threatening and it took 20 rep,ays to work out their phone no. It is disgusting that they can leave this type of message .
