It is the Metropolitan Police. I was called relating to an incident where a woman was attacked recently by thugs on scooters. Because I also ride such a vehicle and was quite near the area they were checking if mine had been stolen for use in the crime. I wasn't a suspect. I do wish I could help them though. I hate scooter thieves and want them all caught and banged up.

Fraud SCAM Got a call from this number, 21/02/2024 at 16:41. Scam caller claiming to be carphone warehouse, which I have no account or dealings with. The people on the other end were talking together unaudibly for at least 30 seconds before some lady spoke through the phone claiming to be carphone warehouse, which she called ‘carphone company’. Hang up and block this number immediately.
