It's a number for Royal Mail Slough delivery office, so should not be being given out by Ali express. Don't ring it, they must keep the phone off the hook because they are tired of all the calls they get through (incorrectly). If you want more info then just ring the normal royal mail customer services who will tell you if the tracking number is valid but only confirm whatever the Royal mail tracker says (which in my case doesn't even show that parcel has been sent to Royal Mail).
Automated voicemail saying please press 1 to talk to an advisor about 2 visa payments. Dialled 1 and got put through to a chap with a heavy indian accent, he put the phonne down on me after i asked him of some basic security questions. SCAMMERS

The male voice said they were calling from my bank to inform me that a large sum of money had been sent abroad and a purchase had been made on Amazon. The instructions were to press number 1 or 3 to speak to someone. At this poit I hung up.

I did not supply any information, but was told to think about it and call back on 0208 123 7233 which I certainly did not do. I was called again later and this time I hung up. I have received genuine e-mails from Amazon mentioning this type of scam.
