I got called by this number at 18:07. The line was silent and when I hung up it called again. A quick search suggested it was Barclays Bank. An odd time of day for a bank to call! I contacted Barclays via their app for a live text chat. The operator assured me it was a Barclays number and not a scam. The caller is claiming to be from investment company trying to offer service, but in fact they just want to rip you off. The same person calls me using several other numbers which have been reported online as scam. Those people once they get your number, they never stop calling. Each time claiming to be different person. Maybe even different company. Anyway beware.

This call is from the Visa Debit Fraud pretending there is a pending transaction of £900 and to press one if this is not a transaction you recognise. I never pressed one, but I suspect if they did my bank details would have been requested. I checked with my bank there are no pending transactions
unusual to have a PPI claims company that isn t mancunian! Sadly that s what they are so blocked.
This person identifies himself as Thomas from Adobe and had has been placing calls over and over to us to the point of harassment. He has been told that we will not put his call through to the person he wishes to speak to as they dont want his call. He tries to intimidate his way through and then sits mimicking me down the phone line. He leaves the call connected so nobody else can call our number. The number 0203 655 7035 has connections to India and this is an Indian guy speaking.
