It's a fraud scam. They've somehow got a list of people who have purchased white goods and they're calling them to tell them the warranty has expired. I told him to fuck off and put the phone down as they were clearly trying to get me to pay for a new insurance policy when I blatantly didn't. Not only is my washing machine only 4 months old and therefore still under the manufacturer's warranty but I also to out a policy with Domestic & General which is valid for life so long as I continue to pay th

I am local to Wrexham and have recently had 4 local numbers that have called me whose numbers I don t recognize so have left the calls go to answer phone but shortly after my answer phone message starts, they hang up. They are probably all from the same organization all calling from different numbers. This number called with message about "every house needs to be done by 2016" plus "we are in your area" last week - some solar panel scam. Didn t answer - the message is recorded on my answerphone. Same message from 01316483485 yesterday - same result. This lot have probably rented fake numbers from a major phone company which offers them on its web site. Some firms offer call centres numbers which give the person called the idea that it is a local call.

4 calls in the last 24 hours asking the same question. The first two times, the same person, then a different one who has the same details, and then another with dwindling quality in customer service etiquette as each call is received.
Quickly say Biwater but push Business Stream. Want to apply discounts. Go ahead why do you need to call? Who refuses discounts? Looked up Biwater website as I have worked for Water Projects and knew the name to confirm my thoughts. Personally wouldn t trust them. Our business water provider already give discounts. We did our homework!
