Consumer research....and as like all these type of operations...when someone actually answers the phone at the customer end, the call is put through to an operator...if there is one available, hence the silence if one is not immediately there. They do state, if calling the number back, to leave your name and number to remove you from the database, which I have....so we shall see if these "nuisance" calls do actually stop!

I followed a discount code link for Dominos pizza. My payment didn't go through & I received an automated call from "Santander fraud department" tel no 0800 640 6114. I tried to pay with my TSB card, again payment was declined & I immediately received an automated call from "TSB fraud line on this no 0345 3511 688. Clearly a scam. Just used the same card straight after on Amazon with no issue.

I took the phone call from this number, the man told me he was from Windows computer support. They have called many times before so I told the man I don't have a computer, so I asked them to remove my number from there call list. The man was crazy started screaming down the phone shouting getting angry and being really rude.
