Foreign woman, called my mobile and started asking questions about my business insurance. Told her shed called a private mobile number and she said she wasnt allowed to call those then hung up.
I rejected first time round but they called again and I accepted a call just for fun. As expected, they're calling about their "promotion". I said "no thanks" and hanged up. Flagged number as spam on my phone.

I don't know this number and I am a french living person. They don't say anything on my responder. Why do they call me again and again ?
The organisation using this number are expert scammers. They already had my o2 mobile phone number, contract account number and asked me to confirm my address before offering a discount on my tariff. I was aware it was a scam and played dumb for a while until they sent me the text which would have given them full access to my account had I replied to it. After wasting their time for 10 minutes, I told them I knew they were scammers and they became very abusive, then misscalled my number around 20 times
Very annoying, can't understand them (poor English, heavy accent). - I've BLOCKED them.

A call was made to my phone on 3rd of April from this the number 09036946928. I called the number back to see who it was for about 14 seconds but recieved no response. Later I relaised I was charged by my phone compny for +£6. My operator told me that the call to number 09036946928 is a preimum rate call. I'm guessing spam - didn't let them get far to find out as I kept quizzing them about who they were and never confirming who they are supposed to be talking to. Said they were from a company called something like brnza (couldn't quite understand the accent) saying they want to email me something on behalf of Dell and they read out an email address they wanted me to confirm (which of course I wouldn't). I basically said this call is unauthorised, I refuse you to email me anything and do not call me again.
