The calls follow the same pattern - hello I need to speak to Nick French, this is the motor industry insurance company and we need to speak to him urgently. Received a Smart Call from a caller ID as Phillipa who promptly advised that she was returning my call. Knowing that i did not make the call, i advised her accordingly but she became argumentative at which point i immediately cut the call. Later received a message from +447415200189 "dont call this number again" . I NEVER called this number and suspect it was a type of SCAM call?????

SCAM / SPAM This automated caller has rang a few times recently telling me my internet connection has been hacked and asks me to press digit no.1 on my house phone to help sort out the problem, of course i won't do this never have, its a scam call. My answer phone usually picks up these calls anyway. Pressing digit 1 on your phone can invite them to use your phone line or put you on a high call rate charge which you will have to pay. So do not follow their instructions !
