Can only describe this as an unsolicited call to my mobile from a person of ethnic decent in a call centre.Asked for me by name new about a previous accident last November also about outstanding issue.Claimed to be from ABI about how my Insurance company delt with the accident. It was a voice mail telling me my internet provider would cut off my internet in the next 24 hours and to speak to someone press 1. I think thought this to be a scam so put the phone down.

It was an automated msg saying I had 2 payments coming out of my bank (but it didn't say which bank) and asked me to press a number to confirm the transaction or a different number to stop the transactions I believe this to be a scam call
Called at 8am on bank holiday Monday, my phone screener warned me it was spam so I didn't answer.
