kept getting this number calling me so i answered they said they were calling regarding my life insurance with Legal and General dont have cover thanks and not interested she said well why did you answer the phone then, I said because I didnt know who you were and not interested and stop calling me so she preceded to argue with me another number blocked

SCAM robo call saying that there has been possible fraudulent activity on my bank account. When I questioned them they refused to say what bank they were, and that they were the 'fraud department'. I've worked in customer service multiple times, one thing I've been told which is common sense is not to spam our customers with calls, maximum I'd call is 2 times for a single customer then stop. Whoever's number this is has been calling everyday for the past few weeks which is 100% a scam. They claim to be e-on which is fake because their number isn't on e-ons website + they wouldn't be calling everyday.
