Last time I put on an accent and gave one word answers until they hung up! They now phone but hang up straight away only answer due to having family in London so it could be them with new numbers! Just got a call from this number on our landline, saying it was from 'Solutions' and then 'Solutions Marketing' (when I pushed the lady further for information). They had my wifes name, the 1st line of our address (at least) and said that they wanted to 'save us money on our broadband/telephone'. They didn't know who our broadband provider is, so it looks a bit like a phishing exercise from a general database - perhaps on behalf of someone?
