A recorded message of a woman with a strong foreign (Italian?) accent saying my broadband connection had been compromised and I should press 1 for a BT line or @ for other. I pressed 2 but was connected to a man who said he was Alan di Costa from BT Customer Services. I said I was calling BT from my mobile and asked him to stay on the line. He didn’t. I reported this to BT security on 0800 321999.
