Spammed me with calls over a few days that I kept missing. When I picked up, they claimed to be from Steadman-Chase in London. I didn't really believe them and they tried to convince me to invest, along with trying to throw terms at me to sound smart. When they finally accepted that I wasn't interested, they abruptly hung up. Block this number!
Call female voice reporting that my internet connection was in danger of being disconnected. Suggested I connect to someone who could help me. I hung up.
I called this number back as it has called me twice in the past week. When I called back they said it was a childrens charity.

This phone number, alond with several mobile numbers, keeps ring me saying they are from HMRC stating that legal action is bout to be instgated aginst me. Total fraud and a scam. They are all CROOKS. This has been reported to Action Fraud but, as it does not affect Action Fraud, they will do nothing about this ongoing fraud and scam.

SCAM Rude guy called my Irish mobile number. Knew my forename. Wouldn't say where he was calling from. When I asked where he'd gotten the number from, he said I'd "opted in to receive calls from the company", which was bullshit. Selling some sort of finance/crypto scam. He "forgot" his company name...
claims to be from 'social housing' (not a specific named landlord) and wants to deal with my repairs. i told them to email me as i don't know who they are. my landlord would send me a letter or email me and would NEVER offer to do unsolicited repairs, ha!!
I booked a male stripper in York from this number last weekend I got what looked like a generated curtesy text a few days later asking for feedback and had not saved the number so had to research and yes its called UK Strippers and Kissograms and I think based in or near York

This mobile called my elderly mother telling her that £4,000 and then £2,000 had gone out of her bank acount. Thankfully my mother realised it was a scam because she does not have a large amount of money in her bank account and immediately put the phone down on the caller.

WARNING - IT'S A DANGEROUS SCAM! It's a computer dialling numbers in sequence to sniff out voice lines. If you speak then the line is detected as 'a voice line' and logged, a scammer will then call you later! If you don't recognize the number calling DON'T SPEAK, JUST LISTEN! SCAM - "NC Power" claiming to be our provider (Gazprom) trying to confirm information as next month's billing will be wrong. Same woman called last month from a different number (029 218 2591) asking the exact same thing for the previous month's billing. Pointed out that I'd personally called Gazprom about something else (in the last two days!) and mentioned these calls and that our accounts are actually fine and she hung up?!
