Loft space checked and said to be in poor state for mould and decay of boards, told it would cost £8k to fix but if we went onto the express service it would be £6,400 but we had to book in right away. My home phone was out of order so I went to the BT site and it came back with this number 0903 7084140 and upon ringing it got through to a BT help desk who was trying to fix the problem with my phone when i was disconnected.
