I m so glad i Googled the number while talking to this lovely lady, yes all fair and well it might a great deal and for a worthy cause but I m already giving to my own choice of charity so was not prepared to risk 79.99 being taken from my account should i miss the cut off point or they take it earlier than stated. Umpteen calls asking if I am on a pension and if so I can get a free boiler if I am on benefits or a pension. When I asked why I was repeatedly called the caller just laughed at me and after a few seconds ended the call. You can t call back to complain to a Manager as the call won t connect. If true about the boilers, why are us workers funding boilers for people who don t work anyway?!!

Was billed for almost £40 for an hour long call to this number that I NEVER MADE, I googled it and it returned details of a communications company, I called sky and they raised an enquiry form about it, chased it up a week later and this time when I googled the number (to get details of the company) it could not be traced and instead the number was listed as belonging to a locksmiths in Norfolk!! sky are refusing to investigate (no wonder - they are making money from this!) will be following written complai
