Call center - calling several times a day. I didn't answer, but called back and they knew who I was. Asked if I was still a tenant or in housing association and that they were something to do with housing repair service. I advised I was a homeowner, so she apologised and agreed to take my number off their list. I've no idea if they are legit or not.

SPAM this and 11 other land line numbers from this area have called my mobile over the last 2 months. Many have called multiple times, I've lost count. Fed up with them. Previous callers have been from so called Double glazing, green energy and investment companies. The last few were from FX MORGAN CAPITAL who also call from a plethora of mobile numbers- too many to list. The FCA and my bank, after an investigation with fraud squad, have said its a scam company. Man, claiming to be Jonathan Carter from Microsoft, rang from 01142998909. During the call the line dropped and when he rang back it was from this number. He said hackers had taken over my computer in the pass few days. He tried to persuade me to download Anydesk which gives access to my computer on the pretext that it would remove the hackers. When I refused he said he would have to block my computer from the broadband and I would have to come to Microsoft in Reading to have it unblocked

I was called on my landline from someone who politely announced himself as Sam from 'Windows Ltd' He then inquired was I the home owner at this property? When I asked him how precisely that was his business, he simply said 'Goodbye'. Perhaps my response was not in his script.
