Yep, same thing happened to me. One number out of an influx of numbers calling me and hanging up - scamming Paki bastards in scam call-centres routing their calls through unused UK phone numbers to pretend that they're legitimate companies to try and fish for your personal details and use them for fraud. I wish these filthy Paki bastards would just fuck off and die!

Received a number of calls from this company claiming to be working with Convention Experts for a Show they didn’t know the name of and had the wrong company name. When asked who provided them our details they wasn’t able to answer. Just scam artists!!!
I've worked in customer service multiple times, one thing I've been told which is common sense is not to spam our customers with calls, maximum I'd call is 2 times for a single customer then stop. Whoever's number this is has been calling everyday for the past few weeks which is 100% a scam. They claim to be e-on which is fake because their number isn't on e-ons website + they wouldn't be calling everyday. an asian who spoke so fast that to start with it was impossible to understand and when asked to repeat it but slowly she said she was phoning to alert me that i had to pay another charge on my order. she said if i could give her my bank details amazon will debit it from my account. i have not brought any thing from amazon and i dont have an account with amazon never have and never will . beware of this number because these people are thieves and are not from amazon.

Call from this number alleging to be a court enforcement officer regarding an unpaid advertisement debt. Definitely fraud and reported to Action Fraud and police. Tried to get over £2000 from me. I get repeated calls from this number, which I don't answer. I do not know who the caller is. They always leave a blank voice message of a few seconds with no one speaking. I assume it is a telemarketer given the number of calls, and short messages with no voice.,

Message was in Chinese...2nd message received... in Chinese in 2 days.Third missed call and message left from different number...Said there was a message from Chinese embassy..please press 3 for further details then ended in another verbal message in Chinese..I see the first call originated from Manchester..as far as i know Chinese embassy is not in Manchester... L.O.L. Only connection i have with China is my smart phone was made and originated from there...
I keep receiving messages in quick succession on my landline answer machine (8 this morning so far). They are clear until the company name is stated, when it becomes muffled. Having looked at the reviews, the calls seem to come from Talk Talk (can hear it is a busy call centre in the background), but I am with BT and have never had any dealings with Talk Talk!
