SCAM SPAM Fraud phone call as others have claimed that they pretend to be from O2 (probably trying to take advantage of the Virgin media/O2 partial merger) or hang up instantly. They don't leave voicemails or attempt more than once as it's an automated machine going through a number list.
This number keeps ringing me in the north of Engand every morning between 7.00 a.m. and 8.00 a.m. No-one answers when you pick up the phone.

After searching online, others have suggested it's Domestic and General, which I do have cover with for appliances, therefore would expect them to talk. When I answered the call the guy couldn't talk very good English, too myself, he then said that he's from citizens advice bureau and has found out information that I've got a lot of debt and they wish to help me dispose of the debt I then asked how does citizens advice know I have debt when I have not and then I said to them citizens advice do not cold call you you have to make appointments to go and see them so this is a scam.

Had 3 calls over the last few days from various numbers all starting with the same dalling code, 01926.
