Not sure who’s number it is as you cannot call it back. Be some paki or Indian call centre no doubt,sad people

This is the negative balance team from Paypal (See https://www.paypal-community.com/t5/Subscriptions/Paying-an-outstanding-recurring-payment/td-p/1000315 as an example). This team will call Paypal customers if a payment on their account has been paid by paypal but not by the funding source, creating a negative balance. The account holder has 45 days to deal with the issue, before Paypal go to the funding source to ask for the money on a "Chargeback" basis. Legitimate caller if you have a paypal account

Its a number thats local to Telford Shropshire , i didnt answer, i dont answer any number not on my contacts list.

Called at 9.56am. When answered there is no one there just an open line. This is not the first time and is beginning to become a real pain.

it wasn t sufficient to tell them I m not interested last week, they leave a voicemail without any message and when I ask them to delete my details they cut me off. Very rude when I rang back again - will be writing to them. Call supposed to have come from Microsoft Windows. Caller was asking about error reports we had sent - we hadn t. My partner took the call and, being savvy, did not give away any information. The caller ended the call himself with a thank you, goodbye.

I answered the call a male told me was from a computer company telling me I was sending obseen emails and he needed to make amendments to my computer.I said no he started shouting at me to go and sit in front of my computer and switch it on he had work that was needed to be done on it I said no again he shouted even louder at me switch it on so I put the phone down very aggressive
