Very rude, so they were met with a similar response from myself. Called again next day, I answered saying "this phone call is recorded for legal purposes" and they hung up.

Had a call at 1221 today, 12 Jan 17 but caller left no message, so obviously a scam/spoof/marketing call. Tried ringing the number back but got a Sky Voicemail Service. Tried calling the number again at 1530 this afternoon, only to have an automated message saying the Voicemailbox was full & could not take any more messages. SCAM Automated call from “Amazon” to say iPhone 7 I had ordered was going to be dispatched and I was going to be charged £399. with usual instruction to press 1 to speak to adviser if I hadn’t ordered it. Blocked number straight away; obviously I had not ordered an iPhone from anyone.

Foriegn caller from number 01392274111 said he was calling from BT open reach and that I had a problem with my broadband, that I wasn't receiving the service I should be. When I said I didn't have any problem with my broadband he abruptly hung up. Blocked. Something needs doing about these scam callers.

Female caller from this number called saying they had been told I had been in an accident that wasnt my fault. I asked them who they wanted to speak to, but they continued to ask for details. I asked who they wanted to talk to and they hung up. Pretty Rude.
