SCAM call received today saying that I have a current life insurance policy and that some details have changed so can I give them my DOB not a cat in hells chance. I refused and DANIEL, which I doubt very much was his real name from his accent, then put the phone down on me

Very dangerous. Auto message claiming to be bank fraud office and advising 3 suspect transactions. Asked to press 1 if ok, 3 if not. Did not even give name of the bank! Red flag that auto - they always talk to you in person - they would also want to check that it was actually the custoner talking to! Another red flag re instruction go press button.

SCAM SPAM These people keep calling me from separate numbers about 3-4 times daily. I never answer and never will but somehow they don't seem to understand. I'm ex directory and on caller preference so god knows how they got my details. Ill be reporting them for what good it will do.

I've worked in customer service multiple times, one thing I've been told which is common sense is not to spam our customers with calls, maximum I'd call is 2 times for a single customer then stop. Whoever's number this is has been calling everyday for the past few weeks which is 100% a scam. Claims to be in reference to an accident that I had within the last three years. I told him that I hadn't had one and he asked if perhaps I'd had one as a passenger. When I told him again that I hadn't had any accidents and that I thought it was a scam call, he hung up.
