I don't know who they are but when I answered the phone they rang off. I suspect a scam or spam as they didn't leave a message.
This was a cold call from Tom stating that previous loft insulation was subjct to condensation and there was a free inspection. Please explain as where you obtained my phone number, as under current British Law it is unlawful to make unsolicited for which fines can be instigated. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Guys did they call you with the same or something new?
