SCAM. Pretending to be from Natwest Fraud team, saying that my debit card is involved in fraudulent activity. The card I have never used
SCAM. This number called at 13:00 hrs today and did not leave a message. I don't know anyone in the callers area and anyone who can't be bothered to leave a message having paid to make a call is probably up to no good. Therfore I believe this is a scam number??

A chap from a loft insulation company. Seemed genuine but I had my doubts, he didn't tell me what company he was from. He didn't pressure me into buying anything. Just said my loft insulation was inefficient, I just put the phone down and blocked the number.

As soon as you reach pension age, they're on to you claiming that you requested a pension check online (didn't happen) they tried to call my elderly mother claiming they could offer her a lump sum payment if only she would grant them access to the account. It was a recorded message saying "this is your bank. three withdrawals have been made on your card this morning...." and went on to list various sums. No name of bank, no name of card or card holder. The number used is not listed by my bank. Very suspicious.
