I ve had 8 missed calls from this number in the past week!! Keep sending it to voicemail and of course, nothing is left on there! After reading comments on here I will continue to ignore. Especially if it is PPI seeing as I ve never even had a loan!
This number seems to be used for a classical telemarketing, or it is a directly some general call centre. They usually work for some third company and call with offer of some goods or services for the actual company they were hired for. In this case the number is mostly reported in connection with accident claims, they just try... It doesn't matter if you never had a car, they can call...

Indian accented woman, asking whether I was on benefits as I was apparently entitled to a "free heating system". Obvious robocall, as it started initially with silence on the line, then they asked a Yes/No question about whether I was on benefits, and repeated it when I asked where they were calling from. Immediately hung up after I asked a second time. Likely scam, given the other comments here.
