Does relate to an account setup. It s a company relates to crypto and it s a courtesy call. Caller is actually in Cyprus not London Dodgy number but thanks BT for allowing such things legal but misleading. Call genuine.

Rings on an almost daily basis asking for my wife. If she is not available then they wish to speak to me. A long rambling questionnaire on totally unrelated issues. When I challenged them I was haranged with "What s your problem?" A very unpleasant experience

Let them ramble on for a bit; apparently I could be owed thousands in PPI claims, which they would chase for me for only 30% of it. For reassurance they gave me a different callback number to the one that had rung on my mobile, then asked if I would speak to my bank and request PPI information on their behalf while they kept me on hold. Made a mistake by answering the call as I have many mates in Edinburgh. Now they just keep ringing (almost 3 times a day).

Well they got cut off - put my phone on "do not disturb" 24/7 and "allow calls from contacts" However if you do speak to them and if they ask about an accident best thing is to say "which car?" It gets them every time!
