I used this company a few years ago and they haven t stopped ringing me since to ask if they could provide me with another product. This is despite me telling them on numerous occasions that I won t be buying anything from them again. It goes in cycles, they ring every day for a few days until I end up getting angry and answer them to tell them to stop ringing and to remove my details. They stop for a couple of months before starting up again. Well not any more as I have now blocked their number.

I have had similar calls before, it's an ambulance chaser claim set-up asking if I was involved in an accident that wasn't my fault? This is, what they think, a clever recorded message system that assumes you will give certain answers, if you say 'No' it hangs up politely, a 'Yes' opens a whole other can of worms. What you can do with computers these days eh? However, if you try to ask a question it just ignores you and carries on regardless, not so clever then? It's annoying but amusing to try and confuse

It was an Indian woman who told me I d won 10 free lucky dips for tonight s euro millions, she then went through my personal details, she knew my email, my address and phone number. Then it went on to a £39.99 lottery syndicate. She then told me she needed my bank name, then sort code to identify the branch. I when along with the charade of the call and got through to a 'supervisor' who spoke to me by name. That was when I unleashed my tirade of abuse - f and c words. It always does the trick - they soon go away. Its very cathartic - I recommend it.
