Claimed it was EE, but I suspect this is most likely a SCAM call centre due to the line of questioning and the fact they simply hung up on me when they weren't getting the response they were looking for.

This number called me, I am located in south of England, at 1251 local time (GMT) informing me my Internet would be turned off within one hour and offered me various people to talk to in order to avoid this. It sounds very much like a scam for either hacking my system, or extracting money from my account. I would suggest this number is potentially a scam and should be upgraded to rating 8, 9 or 10.

This is an international call from another country, First Class Spam.
"Bank of Scotland" left concurrently 2 text messages and a voicemail, & phoned from 0333 045 9640. 1st text said "You will shortly receive a text from Bank of Scotland Card Services to confirm recent activity on your card ending xxxx" (the actual numbers on my card). 2nd text said fraudulent purchase of £349 from Apple had been blocked. They rang saying it was the Inland Revenue and that I had ignored letters and owed money and to press 1 to speak to their operative which I did not do. I blocked the number. I am a pensioner with heart problems so not impressed. It was a recorded message which sounded robotic - hope this helps and hope you can take it down. I've reported it to Inland Revenue via their on line form.
