Scammer claiming to be from O2, offering to reduce my bill by 30%. Didn't confirm my name, if it matches the account holder name, or any account details besides the phone number (which they'd just called, so duh...). Just started asking for the verification code they send you by text when accessing your account. The one where the message specifically states not to give the code to anyone, even people claiming to be O2 staff... Probably not calling from Edinburgh either, probably a spoofed number.
Missed call Out of area code and don't trust these numbers so don't answer. Rang twice within a few hours no message left so assume spam!

Foreign people in a call centre, I told them my email had been hacked and used to sign up to crypto currency and for them to delete my details. Received an automated call reporting to be from amazon regarding a suspicious purchase on my account. Amazon do not have my landline number, which is how I received the call.
Automated call warning of high value transaction on my Visa card asking me to press 1 to stop. Got it again today. It's a scam and number is now on my blocked calls list
Recorded message supposedly Amazon saying I’d ordered £399 worth of goods. Obviously I haven’t. Another scam caller. I now have 49 scam callers blocked on my landline and mobile.

Do not trust this number - it is my landline number which has been 'spoofed' by a scammer. I have reported it to Ofcom and my service provider but there is apparently nothing that can be done to prevent this illegal activity in the short term.
