Scam mobile number. After i made a flight booking through OPODO i immediately get a txt message saying my credit card was declined and i was to answer YES to stop future declined. Unfortunately i did reply YES. So this could mean they will use my number for future scam attempts. I already checked my phone for any malware (avg scan). Anything else i should do? Unexpected inbound call at 1724 hours on 27 Jan 2023. I diverted the caller to my phone's screening assistant but the caller hung up after 3 seconds.

Sent me a weird message asking for information, under the disguise of a being an old friend. I checked this website, this number was located in Russia (despite being a UK number). Very odd.
Knew my name and said they were from “my local bank” and wouldn’t say which bank. “Security questions” needed answering to reveal which bank. Load of scamming, conning nonsense and when questioned they threw a paddy. Horrible, horrible people.
