I have been charged £76 over the last 3 months by this 88227 number. I phoned them (O2 put me through to them) and I was told to contact them on this website and get a refund. I would like my money back.

Tried to redial but told it is an incorrect number. They have called on numerous occasions. This time however, I answer the call, and managed to get a complete voice recording. Who should I send it to? They are using FALSE numbers. They do not care that they are not allowed to phone my number. Total Scam - I have not had any car accidents. I am disabled and 70 years old. Purportedly from Homeguard Direct, one of a number of south coast based companies claiming to block nuisance calls. In this call I was informed that I was due to pay ?124.99 as a final payment for their services. Whilst I agree that I have had dealings with the company in the past, I have no recollection/documentation of a fee for their services . I did not pass over any information regarding bank or credit card details. I was threatened with debt collectors.

Was billed for almost £40 for an hour long call to this number that I NEVER MADE, I googled it and it returned details of a communications company, I called sky and they raised an enquiry form about it, chased it up a week later and this time when I googled the number (to get details of the company) it could not be traced and instead the number was listed as belonging to a locksmiths in Norfolk!! sky are refusing to investigate (no wonder - they are making money from this!) will be following written complai
