Cold caller selling loft insulation hung up when I queried them

I think this is a lottery scam
One thing that stood out to me was their attention to detail. They took the time to fully understand my business needs and goals and worked closely with me throughout the entire development process to ensure that the final product met all of my requirements.
Rude, pushing, wanting to ask questions on branded products, Lifestyle Services apparently. Would not remove my number unless I answered his questions, said he did not have the authority, then told me he was the manager it was his company apparently called Connecting People and gave his name as Sam Thomas, not surprised to see neither listed on Companies House!
Fraud Probably doubful caller as he claimed to be my local energy advisor and I live in Surrey

I have just received a message to txt back and confirm if I still need pain managment appoitment. I have contacted NHS directly and they confirmed that this is a valid txt message coming from them.
John from UK driveway company, a real human being with a genuine English accent, calling my TPS registered landline, thus making this call illegal, and I shall be reporting it to TPS and the police for immediate action, given that he rang on 2 consecutive days, with me finally deciding to answer on the 3rd call so add harassment to the charge sheet! I hope the judge puts on his little black cloth head covering when sentencing.

Asian male rang claiming to be from Sky to renew my equipment warranty for the discounted price of £99!! Asked me if I still had card ending in 5619, which I dont and never have, told him so and he hung up. Beware this is more than likely a scam call!

Believe that this number could be associated with Bank Payment scams. I had an automated call from the bank stating that they has identified to suspicions payments against my account and would I confirm 'yes'; or 'no'. When I confirmed that I knew nothing about them I was put through this number which was answered by a man who gave his name as a Paul Butler and stated that he was a member of the Bank Fraud team. A comment he made got me suspicious and I rang off/blocked

They then managed to trigger the Amazon reset password text message and pressured me to give me that code to them, presumably so that they could take control of my Amazon account. This number called twice today. The man claims to be from a mobile phone company that works with my operator. Offers better deals. and need my details, and my contract details and when I asked why he's not taking data from the screen he admitted that my details are not there and he is calling with a completely different company. Clearly scammers and it's better not to talk to this number.

I got a call from this number with an recorded voice telling me that my credit card had been used on Amazon. I know that my credit card company never calls my phone number so i put the phone down before the end of the call.

Really do not know why this country's Government permits the likes of telecom companies to provide landline numbers to fraudsters and scam artists so when you look at it the telecom companies are complicit in the actions of these criminals and are profiting from crimes of fraud and as I see it the Government are just as complicit as they are doing sweet bugger all to stop them
