Pretending to be from a government fraud group with an excellent solution for fraudulent credit I am not in debt and have never committed fraud I lost my temper with an Indian woman and told her what I thought of people robbing others over the phone she hung up
SCAM Pretended to be from BT Open Reach and told me my ROUTER was not connecting to the network properly. I told the Indian woman that no it won't be as its a Virgin Media Router connected to the independent Virgin Media Network! and it is working great! then I hung up.
I did not answer. They left no message. That's the 7th number in 0330 818 XXXX calling in the last 10 days.

Well spoken young male claiming to be from BT business and looking to review my phone usage and how I could reduce my costs. When I advised him that this was a residential line he said that as it was still being used for a business he could probably still save me money. When I showed disinterest he advised me that I would need to have a conversation with them soon as BT were discontinuing analogue phone services next year and we would lose our service if we didn't transfer to digital. This number has called me several times in the past few days & 3 times today alone. I do not answer unsolicited calls & NEVER give ANY personal information over the phone, not to even confirm my name. I suspect this is an automated dialer & more than likely a scam. I am going to block this number. Job done.
