Amazon scammer. Told me someone hacked my Amazon account and ordered a £754 iPhone. Sent me a code in a text and asked for this code. No order showed on my Amazon account nor got a confirmation email. He got impatient with me when I said that I don't trust him and asked how I can know if he's not trying to scam me. He hung up.

Called by this number on 5th may. I`m told my someone has tried to take two payments totaling thousands from my account. The man did`nt mention my name but said he`d transfere me to another department. If the transaction was wrong. He also did`d mention what card or bank was being threatened. Since I rarely have more than £50 in the bank , Itake it as a case of rotten cheese.

This number has rang me twice now, the male on the other end says, you have just rang this number. Yesterday I told them no I haven't and they asked who it was, so I asked who they were. They said you rang this number and I reiterated I hadn't and they said you have, so I said no I haven't and told them to go away and put the phone down. Today they said again you have just called this number, so this time I told them to get lost and put the phone down. I don't know this number possible new scam going on

SCAM I was out when this number called. They did not leave a message on my answer phone but the number was recorded on my incoming call information system. Using a recall system it was found the number had become non-existent and was therefore no longer traceable. This would indicate that it is from a SCAM telephone number/company. SPAM. Claiming to be from Department of Health and Social Care UK. Has no details about person they are calling. Claim to be undertaking a survey but asking questions about private health insurance and how much I pay per month and who insurance is with. This is not a UK government department calling. Rings from different numbers all over the country - put through a router to make it appear as if they are from different cities. Could be dangerous for someone who believes this to be a genuine government call

SCAM - recorded call purported to be from Amazon and that my card was used to purchase items.

Dangerous! Pretending to be Bank Card Support, but bank name not mentioned!

The call was from a VISA fraud checking unit. However the number was the fax number for a garage in Penkridge, Stafford that closed down some time ago. Clearly scammers have cloned the number.
