Strongly suspected scam call from "bank" which was unnamed saying unauthorised transactions had been taken against my card.

Asked for me by my first name, (the cheek of it). Then claimed to be from social housing repair, as we all know there is no such company (a legit one anyway). This number called me and when I answered, the voice from a foreign male person spoke. I advised that they had just called me but they said that had not done so. This was the second time I received a call like this from another number (07565 827573), within 10 minutes of each other. I believe this was a SPOOFING SCAM and advise anyone who receives anything like this to be on your guard and not give ANY personal information away ... not even your name.

I'm not even living in the UK and the phone number I got called on is a Dutch one which I do not use very actively. I didn't answer but it's safe to assume that ignoring this number is the best course of action.
