Telemarketing- seemed to know all my details (address and full name). I expressed i could not take the phone call as i was working but they pushed me to take the call. They asked me to verify my details and then rattled off some speech about how i may be contacted by someone in the future. I said no to this and she just repeated the statement. Received call from busy overseas call centre claiming to be BT. When I pointed out that yesterdays call was reported as a fraud to the police she hung up. Yesterdays call exactly same script but from 01724956685 they are hacking into or falsely generating a UK number. It is the role of BT to put a stop to this nonsense?
This is a corker! You will like this one. So the girl calls me while I am sat in work - that isn t fair because I cannot string her along like I would normally. "We can help you with IVF, write of your debts" type of thing. Usually I would play along, and ask for lots of details - get the call to waste her time for about 5 or 10 minutes, like I said I say at my desk So she comes out with "this was actually set up by the queen" "What she set this up" "Yes" and I thought all she did was gro old
