Caller says you've suspicious transactions on your card, knows your name and last four digits of the card. Asks you to check the balance, in my case without any security questions. Had a voicemail from this no. (very scripted). Northern Gas & Power trying to sell energy. I don't think it's a scam (and if legit their reviews on trustpilot seem reasonable). That said it was an unsolicited sales call, and I don't look after the gas and electricity anyway!

Received many calls from same number but just the last digit changes. It is an automated message saying that they are HMRC and that a tax fraud claim is made against me, that I should press 1 and talk to a representative otherwise I will be arrested shortly. It is so annoying as to how they get my number, i have had so many unsolicitored calls recently.
