Had a call from this number, asking to speak to my mother. I explained that she is 90 and deaf so could I help, to which I received a very arrogant response that he could only speak to my mother. The representative of a bank, but not my bank wanted to advise me. He also went simply from the fact that I am with the said bank. I will not mention the name because I think that the man does not really work for the bank. It all sounded very much like sales pitch.

It's DHL customs clearance. Ignore the idiots saying it's a scam. They clearly voted for Brexit but failed to understand that this means goods bought from Europe no longer arrive without paying VAT or customs charges.
