Seem to be using at least 4 different numbers but all the same company. When they do speak it's to talk about trying to get social landlord to do repairs on your property, but I suspect that's just their latest scam. Same person has then tried calling back next day from a different number as I blocked the first one, each time I block I get called from a new one. Now when one calls and I answer they hang up.

Got called by this number around 4:30PM on 21 March 2023. Guy with an Indian accent spoke, but hung-up after about 5 seconds. Tried phoning back, and it says "Welcome to Farn Mart", but none of the options connect you to anyone, it just hangs-up after you choose one.

Silent call, Missed call, SCAM, Fraud, SPAM, Call center. This number has called me daily for 3 days now, but when answered, no-one talks and within 5 seconds, they hang up. After searching online, others have suggested it's Domestic and General, which I do have cover with for appliances, therefore would expect them to talk. SCAM Fraud Bastards pretending to be from my bank, started with false Evri parcel scam putting in card details then coerced me into getting my bank details to them and stealing my money . Probably Pakistani guy to start with then put through to “floor manager “ laughable , was an English speaking man sounded legit and nice . Hope they rot in hell sicko bastards

A spokesperson from BT told us, “We’ll never call a customer to tell them their router or IP address has been compromised or ask for any personal information, including bank details unexpectedly and we’ll never call from an ‘unknown’ number.
This number has called me relentlessly trying to get information from me. I have bipolar and have no issues with my benefits claim. They keep stating that I need to send them my bank statements and have refused to give me her employee number or managers number or a contact for the department she works for.

This number started calling me today and they hang up...this happened after my mobile number called me yesterday and I discovered my own number was "spoofed" and was warned I would get strange calls and not to answer. I do not trust it and will not answer

Also, you know it's a genuine bureaucratic banking process when they ask for 10 different details to confirm your identity. I swear the support lady could just identify theft the hell out of me at this point.
