Suspected fraud Automated call saying they are calling from Royal Mail because parcel hasn't been delivered twice as nobody was home and to press button for English or Chinese. Then the same message in Chinese. As I did not press a button, the call ended. (And I am not waiting for a parcel). I am very suspicious, as I never got a call from Royal Mail from a mobile number, they normally leave a notification behind to pick it up yourself. I had 2 calls from this number supposed to be from BT tech. First from an male at 9am then a female at 9:30 both from 02833610015 I did not give them any information and just hung up. I get a fair few of these calls. The next one will be a "will you take part in a survey" so they can find out who your service provider is, then pretend to be them.
