Having never being involved in an injury accident this is a complete lie. When questioned the caller claimed to have received my number from my insurance company but couldn t give the insurance company name.... in other words a lie. When asked for his name he paused I heard a sheet of paper being turned and he said his name was Frances Friyer....

An Asian man asked for me by name and it sounded like he said he was calling from Admiral? When I asked why he was calling he told me it was about my accident, so I very sarcastically asked when this accident was going to happen. He didn't pick up on the fact I was expecting some date in the future as I know I haven't had an accident, he told me it was the one in 2015. I was very annoyed by now and told him not to ever call me and have added it to my BT personal blacklist on their new call protect system -
