He told me the finance was approved ready to pay out I had to give account details I did but I had money in the account I ended up giving my credit card details when I recieved a message saying if I authorised a payment I replyed no whilst on the phone to this person I lost my plot....! called my 84 year old mother today mentioning landlines and HSBC. She's been made very aware of scams so he didn't get anywhere, but hasn't come up in any scam searches so a miniscule chance it could have been legit. Won't put money on that though

Supposed to be pc maintenance or windows tech support. Called from this number and also 004258967. 2 calls a day for 2 days so far. Indian sounding accents, very insistent and persistent . They said their number was 08000188351. Said they were calling with regards problems slowing down my oc on internet. I have reported to action fraud and suggest others do the same.
