He had my name, address, bank details, password?, kitchen appliances. Not all the information was true, and I did not enlighten him what was true and what wasn’t. He said he could reduce the insurance by 40%, I pay on my washing machine. I do not have any insurance on it! I told him I was contacting bank fraud department.

I followed a discount code link for Dominos pizza. My payment didn't go through & I received an automated call from "Santander fraud department" tel no 0800 640 6114. I tried to pay with my TSB card, again payment was declined & I immediately received an automated call from "TSB fraud line on this no 0345 3511 688. Clearly a scam. Just used the same card straight after on Amazon with no issue.
