This number called today at 07.36 and claimed to be from Microsoft. The person with an Asian accent told me my computer has been compromised and said have you herd of hackers. I asked for an email to confirm it was Microsoft but he reassured me it was and trust him he has details of my computer security number, we went round incircles a bit, then I put the phone down. 10secons later he called back asking why I put the phone down as I new he was genuine but called me from a different number02088884827.

It IS Advantis, which I understand is a collection agency with gov contracts, but I, WITHOUT ANY DOUBT WHATSOEVER, have NO debt, never mind outstanding debt, and I am DEFINITELY NOT connected to any HMRC "issues", either myself or vicariously. SPAM, They keep changing numbers, they say they are from the national accident advice center and are calling about an accident I had last year.
Yet another call about the accident i never had
either poor quality sales or a scam, wanted to come and do a survey for loft insulation but didn't answer my questions and hung up on me when I asked what their 'replacement' insulation was - told me fibre loft insulation needed replacing which is nonsense.
