Claiming that you are entitled to a £1500 refund per person on an all inclusive holiday from ABTA due to levels of cleanliness being below the standard required. They didn't know who I booked through or where I went. Clear case of a scam. First half the call I thought I was talking to a real person, said they were from some housing repair scheme and said I'd submitted a damage claim. The second I said I had not the voice changed to an automated response in a totally different voice saying Thank you for your time, have a nice day and disconnected.
This is the daughter i got a call today, and i said hello , she said is donna there so i said what is it for so she said it is a personal call but refused to give me any further...
for some reason our phone number must have been released to this call centre and we are being inundated with sales calls for utilities, credit cards - you name it we have had it - several times a day. It is very annoying. As this is a business line, it ties up the line and takes valuable time out of our day.
