Woman with strong Asian accent claiming to be from Opus Energy. As with other reports, claiming there was an error with MPAN number affecting the meter reading. Hung up and she called back annoyed and demanding to speak to the person responsible for the electric supply. Sadly for her that was me. In the current circumstances with energy companies going to the wall we can expect more of these pond life creatures creeping out from under their rock. Scamming scum.

this number just rung saying they can offer an early upgrade to my contract with Three (I m actually with three), but the man new nothing about my contract and asked me how much I spent on average on my phone. If it was a genuine call regarding offering me an upgrade for my existing contract he would at least knew how much I spent every month! Then he hanged up. They want you to download a program so they can take over yours computer, by luring with you earned a lot of money so they "just" verify you, you are, and it can absolutely not be done in other ways, such as driver's license or passports, even though the company they say they call from, and writes on their website that, THEY WILL NEVER CALL AND VERIFY PEOPLE
SCAM- said I had been in a road traffic accident when I asked where they had got my details from they asked me to wait and someone else came on the phone. They told me the same. I asked where they had got this information from and they asked my why I needed to know. They refused to tell me and when I asked what details they held about me they put the phone down. Cold calling/scam!
