This call was made from an extremely noisy office, where the background noise was so loud that I had real trouble hearing the person on the line. They offered to call back - and did so, but about an hour later. They said they were calling from my phone company about an upgrade, but when I asked them to confirm which phone company, the caller got very annoyed (raised voice) and defensive - and most importantly, couldn't tell me which phone provider asked them to call.

Hi Everyone. I wasn't sure whether this message was spam or not, so I rang up Causeway Hospital switchboard and discovered that it was 100% genuine. They put me through to the Validation Team and they had all my details and these were correct. The appointment had been made 2 years ago, so that's why I wasn't sure about it (basically, due to this long covid-related delay, I'd forgotten all about seeing my GP back then and being referred on).

Think it’s a scammer on FB, has hacked into an account on there and pretending to be a widower living in Bedford. The phone is being used in the Preston area. I have blocked before he tries to extract money from me. He will not send current face photo with today’s date in his hand so I know it is a scammer. The FB profile hacked looks very American not Uk. SCAM Recorded voice saying that my bank account had been requested to pay Amazon £700 and some other organisation £2000!! Press 1 to authorise, and 2 to speak to a customer representative. I declined both options and checked my account online to find, surprise, surprise, there were no such transactions.

First i think they are spam call but when i start work with RSF Soft i find that they are very professional
Phoned me claiming to be 92 and wouldn’t tell me who they were looking for and tried to tell me that I was with a network that I wasn’t with, they also transferred me to two other people who also couldn’t tell me my name!
Call centre with lot of background noise, delay in acknowledging I'd answered phone. Scam call bt technical, my internet service is compromised by several people, they'll show me how to remove them if I let them have access to my devices. Don't think so!
